In this regard, Mr. Ali Khodabandeh, a technical orthopedic specialist and a member of the Iranian Orthopedic and Prosthetic Scientific Association, stated that wearing sandals is not recommended in summer and causes wounds.

The technical orthopedic specialist pointed out that the best type of shoe is natural leather, because due to the existing pores, it reduces foot perspiration and prevents contamination, and told the medical mobilization: Women are 3 and children are 15-11 cm longer and the foot is comfortable in it.

This member of the Iranian Scientific Association of Orthopedics and Prosthetics explained: It is necessary to wash the feet regularly with soap and water, especially in summer, especially for people with diabetes. Also, wearing suitable cotton or nano-socks can be used as a protective agent. Pay attention.

Mr. Khodabandeh, stating that fungal disease is one of the most common cases in the feet, added: “Also, the presence of corns between the toes is more noticeable in summer.”

He concluded: “Many people think that it is better not to wear socks in summer, if this causes more microbes to be absorbed in the humid environment of the feet and in addition to causing pollution, it also causes various diseases in this part of the body.”
