Remove stains from leather products

1-leather: Remove the oil from the leather surface with a soft cloth; do not press on the oil.

  1. Pour some Corn starch on the oil stain to completely cover the stain. Baby powder can also be used instead of Corn starch.

3- Let the Corn starch stay on the stain for 3 to 4 hours.

  1. Wipe the Corn starch with a vacuum caleaner or a dry, soft cloth.

5 – If after these steps the stain is not completely removed. Use a solution of white vinegar and salt. To do this, soak a soft cloth with the above solution and apply it on the stain.

6- Wash the area with distilled water cloth.

Remove fresh stains from leather jackets

Many motorcyclists wear leathher jackets. They may accidentally spray paint or colored materials on motorcycle jackets on the street or in other busy areas.

1- If the paint is not dry, gently remove the paint from the surface of the primer with the soft part of the knife.

Be careful not to damage the leather.

2- With a paper towel, remove the remaining moisture paint from the leather.

3- Clean the paint area with a soft, damp cloth so that the contamination does not spread to more places.

4- If there is a stain left on the leahther surface, clean the area with a cloth soaked in leathher soap.

5 – If the paint or stain is dry, use a cotton ball soaked in isopropyl alcohol to remove the stain.

6- Using olive oil solution or flaxseed oil and white vinegar is prepared in a ratio of one to one. Try to protect the cleaned area more.

Remove dried paint stains from leather jackets

1- Using an old cloth, apply some olive oil on the dried stain.

2- Continue rubbing in a clockwise direction until the dried color is soft.

3- Remove the painted parts from the leather surface.

4- Cover the tip of the plastic knife with a cloth and gently remove the remaining dried paint from the leather surface.

5- Remove the separated colors from the leather surface with a soft and clean cloth.

6- If the color has not completely disappeared, repeat the above steps using isopropyl alcohol instead of olive oil and a razor blade.
